Choose One Base – This includes three 45 minute coaching sessions per month and 3 email check-in’s.

$249 Something’s Gotta Give© features personalized structures, motivation and education for moms who face time management or house cluttering issues.

$249 Ultimate Mom© develops a personal foundation for moms that includes values, mission, purpose while incorporating that into the family dynamic.

$199 Bringin’ Momma Back to Life© focuses on empowering mom to take care of herself through finding structures and activities that refresh and nourish her (guilt free), while creating family support.

$249 Create a Coach© features a do-it-yourself option where mom can choose a combination of any of the above. She creates her coach needs to have a handle on life.

Add On’s

Unlimited Emailing Support - $30

For those who love to check-in or discuss problems between sessions through email, this is a great option to keep continued support going even for “off” weeks.

Emailed Session Reports - $50

Emailed session recap sent to your in-box provides focus and reminders of what was discussed. Perfect for those who hate taking notes. Includes challenges.

Additional Session - $75

For those who just want one more session during the month, this floating session allows you the freedom to have access to coaching when you need it most. (48 hour notice required)

Professional Dynametric ProScan® Behavioral Assessment - $75

When you sign on for coaching, you save 25% on the fee for this amazing behavioral tool (see description below). Use this tool with coaching to take away the guessing of who you are and how you best function. Saves several sessions trying to figure out the best choices to make.

Other Services

The One Timer - $75

One coaching session to help mom sort out herself, choices, decisions, or other issues on her mind. This option can be used up to one time each month.

This powerful, proven scientific assessment provides moms with the knowledge of
